Hi, my name is Nate. I’m an Olympic Lifting USAW-L2 coach with over 10 years of fitness experience from Bodybuilding, Strength Training, Crossfit and Olympic lifting. My mission is to help others find their best selves through health, movement, and fitness. Whether it’s weight-loss and nutrition, muscle building, or just an overall improved level of health. I’m passionate about guiding my clients on their journeys in reaching their goals. I specialize in Olympic Weightlifting the Snatch, Clean & Jerk. Teaching how to move a barbell more efficiently and effectively for weightlifting. I want to show people the passion and love i have not only Olympic Lifting but for all fitness. Helping you create a healthier life.

My theory of training involves achieving better mobility, engrain the basics, and proper body mechanics first. I am an advocate for move well before moving fast. Not only am I a coach, I’m also a Masters athlete for a competing weightlifting team. Doing local comps all the way toward national comps.
