I offer a variety of remote training programs designed to meet your unique needs, all accessible through the TrainHeroic app. This app allows us to track your progress and lifts in real-time, giving you clear insights into your achievements. Whether you prefer to work out at home (with the right equipment) or hit the gym, I’ve got you covered. Check out the options below!

Training Options

Programs I offer:

  • GPP (General Physical Preparedness) this is great for beginners or if you’ve been out of fitness for a while and want to take control of your health and fitness.

  • Body Building - great program that geared for regimen exercises that enhance the body’s muscular development and growth.

  • Strength & Conditioning- creating metabolic health combined with strength optimization. High intensity workouts paired with exercises creating power and strength.

  • Olympic Weightlifting - Snatch, clean, and jerk. Whether you want to compete, get better at weightlifting or just lift heavy barbells overhead this option has you covered.

Each Program is suited for anyone and all levels of fitness.

All programs follow a periodized cycle for 3 months. Each month will have a primary and secondary focus based on your goals. Every week throughout the month we will build up to more challenging weight. Providing you the best results and unlocking your greatest potential.
