Ready to start lifting?
We offer 5 days a week of programming. The membership includes: 3 days a week of in-person classes. These are intimate and limited spaces available to provide the highest coaching experience I can offer. Combined with: 2 days of Technique, Strength & Accessory exercises done on your own time. Including 24/7 access to use the gym for training.

We ask if you are new to weightlifting that you take the Foundational Course first. Feel free to contact us if you have more question about the program.

Mondays & Wednesdays
6:45-7:45 pm
Saturdays 10:00-11:00 am
2 Remote/Onsite sessions:
Tuesday & Thursday via app
