Ready to start lifting?

We offer a 5-day-a-week training program. Your membership includes:

  • 3 in-person classes per week, designed for small groups to ensure individualized coaching and the highest quality experience.

  • 2 additional training days, focusing on technique, strength, and accessory work, to be completed on your own schedule.

  • 24/7 gym access, so you can train whenever it works best for you.

  • Free initial movement assessment, we take a look at flexibility, mobility, and any limitation that may occur. I prescribe exercises custom tailored specific to you and your needs to help accesses more range of motion.

If you are new to weightlifting you must take the “Foundational Course” before you may lift with class. Feel free to contact us if you have more question about the program.


$140/month

3 time per week:

Mondays & Wednesday

6:45-7:45pm

Saturdays

10-11am

Plus:

  • 24/7 Open gym access

  • 2 days of remote Accessory & Strength training.

    - that can be completed on you own time, or scheduled with me.
